A successful applicant must meet the following criteria:
- higher legal education;
- availability of a certificate of admission to practice law / such certificate is being obtained;
- more than 5 years of experience of dispute resolution;
- experience of employment with law companies will be an advantage;
- ability to handle large amounts of information on a tight schedule, attention to detail;
- experience of running projects on his or her own from the initiation to their successful implementation in full;
- ability to elaborate a strategy for implementing a project and evaluate risks;
- skills of detail and comprehensive legal analysis;
- skills of impeccable legal drafting;
- sociable, responsible, striving for continuous self-development and improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- impeccable legal drafting;
- running projects on his or her own from the initiation to their successful implementation in full;
- elaborating strategy for implementing a project and evaluating risks;
- carrying out detail and comprehensive legal analysis of specific situations;
- negotiating with the Clients at all project stages;
- government relations;
- self-improvement and continuous professional development.
