The project team has successfully acted for UKRAINIAN CAPITAL Bank in a dispute related to the invalidation of a public tender, tender protocol and state enforcement officer’s act, and retrieving the property.

Onopenko & Partners represented the Client before the appellate instance court that reviewed the judgment rendered by the first instance court, which sustained the claim and deprived the bank of its ownership right to real property.

The court of appeal decided to set aside the first instance judgment and rendered a new judgment dismissing the claim.
