Having chosen the right strategy, the Onopenko and Partners team has managed to obtain a court decision rejecting the collection of more than UAH 28 million from Krasylivske Subsidiary of Obolon PrJSC in favor of a self-proclaimed legal successor of banking institution and to confirm that the claim assignment agreements made by UKRINKOM PJSC relating to the loan portfolio of Krasylivske Subsidiary of Obolon PrJSC were unlawful.
