The British International School in Ukraine, representation in tax disputes

Onopenko & Partners has successfully acted for The British International School in Ukraine in three different legal disputes with tax authorities related to alleged violation of the Ukrainian tax laws with respect to the land tax, for which tax liabilities and penalties were charged additionally to the Client.

As a result of resolving these legal disputes, the final decision was rendered to reject the claim for recovery of tax liabilities and to sustain the claim for recognising as unlawful and setting aside the tax claim and the tax notification decisions.
