Representing a production plant in disputes related to enforcement of judgments related to debt recovery

Onopenko & Partners has successfully protected interests of a production plant specializing in construction concrete products in disputes related to enforcement of judgments for debt recovery for more than UAH 60 mln in total.

As a part of this project, we provided support to the Client in 6 litigations at the same time, suspended 4 enforcement proceedings and sale of seized property through an electronic tender and recognised the orders of execution as unenforceable.

Having taken such and other actions, Onopenko and Partners assisted the Client to reach a settlement agreement with its counterparty and reduce the indebtedness to be repaid.
