Onopenko and Partners’ team has successfully represented a Ukrainian private company in a legal dispute related to the granting of permission to enforce a foreign judgment for debt recovery under the supply agreement.

As a result of resolving this case, the courts of first and appellate instances rendered their decisions to reject recognising the foreign judgment and issuing a writ of execution to enforce such judgment.
