Defending customs officers against charges of committing a corruption offence

Having taken due account of the attorney’s arguments that the evidence available in the criminal proceeding was improper and inadmissible, the public prosecutor decided to refuse prosecuting before the court five customs officers accused of committing a corruption offense (article 368(3) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
